What is Engyne Cloud?+

Engyne Cloud is a phone-and-desktop workspace for monitoring IndiaMART BuyLeads, applying qualification rules, capturing the right enquiries, and sending them into the workflow your team already uses.

Does Engyne store my IndiaMART password?+

No. Your Engyne identity and IndiaMART seller connection stay separate. You connect with your IndiaMART mobile number and one-time code; Engyne does not store your IndiaMART password.

What happens to the Chrome extension?+

The extension stays available as the browser-led Engyne product. Cloud becomes the primary experience for phone access, multiple accounts, shared analytics, and connected delivery.

Can I connect multiple IndiaMART accounts?+

Yes. Engyne Multi includes three live accounts. Additional independent seller accounts can be added to either plan, each with its own connection, rules, and schedule.

Which integrations are included?+

Engyne Cloud offers signed webhooks. Add your HTTPS endpoint, save the signing secret and send a test event from Integrations. You control the receiving system.

How does the free trial work?+

Create your account to begin setup. The Cloud trial is seven days or ten captures, whichever comes first, for one seller connection. Your trial status is shown in the app.

What does the subscription include?+

Cloud plans include rules, schedules, daily safety limits, activity history, analytics, signed webhooks and guided setup. Pricing changes with the number of live IndiaMART accounts.

Is Engyne affiliated with IndiaMART?+

No. Engyne is an independent workflow product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd.
